Parvin Atabay is a Southern California entrepreneur who guides Arti Enterprises, a medical management firm responsible for a surgical center in Encino. Passionate about helping others, Parvin Atabay also supports the Pink Lotus Foundation, a nonprofit that works with uninsured women in providing no-cost breast cancer screenings. Over the years, she has guided fundraisers and events that built awareness on humanitarian issues.

A native of Iran, Ms. Atabay immigrated to the United States in the late 1970s as a way of escaping from religious persecution and oppression. Beginning her entrepreneurial career in the skin care industry, she built a successful business that put clients first and emphasized innovation.

Ms. Atabay’s life entered a new phase in the late 1980s with her marriage to Zia Atabay, a cable television host and popular singer. She partnered with him in launching National Iranian Television (NITV), which had a strong focus on presenting current social and political issues to audiences worldwide. Through NITV, Parvin Atabay and her husband were successful in promoting democratic values across the globe and furthering humanitarian causes.
